Terms of Service

The service

BrownGlobal LaunchPad designs and builds a custom professional website for your business for a flat one-time fee of $100. We complete the build before any payment is due.

Build before you pay

You file a brief, we build your site, and you review the finished result. Payment is only requested when you approve the build. If you don't love it, you walk away owing nothing.

Ownership

Once your $100 payment is complete, full ownership of the website — design, code, and content — transfers to you. Until payment, the build remains the property of BrownGlobal.

Fair use

Briefs must represent a real business or project. We may decline briefs that are unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.
